As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for the retention of our Premium and Reseller customers, for USA and France. You will be acting as a trusted advisor, developing long-term relationships and success plans for customers. You will own the relationship with customers and key decision makers helping them with reaching business goals and KPI's ensuring that the maximum value is gained from GoodBarber products.
Manage a portfolio of existing customers
Regularly contact customers by email and phone: Organize demos, give recommendations on how to best use the product at its best
Understand customers’ business goals, and proactively support achieving those goals using GoodBarber
Create lists of “VIP” clients and offer incentives for these clients
Identify potential opportunities for additional sales
Create and follow promotional campaigns (emailings)
Detect and offer solutions to any points of friction for better customer satisfaction and facilitate the renewal of subscriptions
Regularly report on the results obtained
Provide relevant feedback to the product team
Influence future lifetime value and new business growth through customer advocacy and reference-ability
Bac + 4/5 - Business school
1st experience in customer relationship management desirable
Excellent level of English required (minimum 900 at Toeic) - Most conversations with clients are in English.
Fluency in a second language appreciated but not essential (Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, German)
Dynamic and proactive - Results oriented
Good communication and pedagogical skills on the phone and in writing. Comfortable doing Visio demonstrations, permanent contact with customers
Able to adapt easily (different types of clienteles, different cultures)
Comfortable with new technologies and the digital environment
Able to manage Multi-tasking / Rigor in the follow-up of tasks
