Job description

Our team in Coimbra, Portugal is looking for an HR Specialist to support its growth.

You'll be in charge of deploying GoodBarber's recruiting strategy in Coimbra (for technical and customer support positions), as well as providing HR follow-ups to the team. You'll play a key role in making sure our team members have the best working environment possible and streamline the administrative stuff for the team.

If you join our team, you will not just work with our team in Coimbra, you will always be in constant  communication with the rest of the team from our office in Corsica. For that reason we do some regular trips to Corsica, to be in touch with the rest of the team. Also, during the time we work remotely from Coimbra, we have daily meetings with all our team and keep in touch all the time.

Missions & Responsibilities

  • Set up and deploy a yearly recruiting plan with the company executives
  • Write job offers and job descriptions
  • Set up the recruitment process and manage incoming applications and follow hiring process
  • Promote GoodBarber within the local ecosystem by paritcipating to major recruiting events, ...
  • Promote company’s job offers to passive candidates
  • Facilitate the onboarding for newcomers
  • Provide feedback and support to the team with quarterly individual meetings
  • Handle the day-to-day administrative operations of the office in Coimbra
  • Facilitate administrative processes about work environment for the local team

Requirements

  • Experience in HR / Talent Acquisition
  • Bonus : knowledge of technology-related job requirements (software developers, ...)
  • Knowledge of Portuguese work-related administration processes
  • Good communication skills, proactive, team player
  • Full working proficiency in English
  • French is a plus
