The GoodBarber team is expanding! More specifically, we are looking for a QA Analyst to join our team in our office in Coimbra to make sure that our product quality is unrivaled!

You will join a results-oriented team and participate in the design, implementation, maintenance and support of our projects to enable us to deliver better quality.

This is a key role in which you will help define, develop and implement testing solutions and provide services for the enterprise product.

Your daily responsibilities

  • Create and execute test plans and test cases for new features.
  • Use the plan to hunt down bugs and draft possible solutions.
  • Ensure that quality objectives are met from the requirements analysis to development and until deployment.
  • Identify and analyze flaws within the development stage.
  • Recommend and monitor fixes and other preventive measures to make sure quality standards are hit.
  • Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure.
  • Monitor procedures, and maintain and analyze problem logs to identify and report recurring issues.
  • Draft quality assurance procedures and internal policies.

Job requirements

What you’ll need

  • 2+ years of relevant QA experience.
  • Experience editing manual test scripts.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices.
  • An understanding of Agile methodology and how QA functions within it.
